We visit La Brochette — the famous NYC restaurant — now under the Heimish Tartikov Hashgacha! We sit down with owner Avi Cohen, who shares how he took over this restaurant 14 years ago, turned it 100% Kosher, and now today — it’s proudly under Tartikov.


We also meet head waiter Gabriel, who’s been here from day one — over 14 years! Plus — meet Sushi Chef Charlie, doing sushi for over 25 years, and Head Chef Shimon Ezuloi, cooking for over 30 years!
